So, by having the right amount of calories suited to you and your lifestyle, and having high protein meals - this is what allows your body to transform.
Eat too little, lose muscle. Eat too much, gain fat. We’re going to dial things down based on your body type with the right calories and protein.

The key to looking slim and fit is strength training. If all you ever did was and cardio and dieting, you’d lose muscle and look skinny-fat. Strength training maintains that sleek muscle tone.
Walking is so underrated when it comes to aiding fat loss. And, the best thing is, it's not tiring or doesn't have to be boring either!
I get it, most girls think they need to hop on the stepper for hours on end to be able to drop the body fat. But, if we're looking at becoming toned, sculpted and defined, we need to focus on things that aren't going to lead us to losing our muscle - which essentially gives us the shape we want in the first place.
So, by going for long walks, we can not only keep our definition and drop body fat, but also make it enjoyable too! We can listen to our favourite tunes, spend some time with family or friends whilst we're walking or even listen to a podcast and learn more on the go!
It's difficult to know where to go, if we don't know where we are at the moment. You could be at point A and want to get to point B, but have no idea how you're supposed to get there. Tracking your lifts, your measurements, your photos, everything, is only going to help you figure out where you need to improve and what your strengths are. The Cutting Plan:
This is the perfect plan if you want to strip off body fat, improve muscle tone and shape and look and feel your best! With this plan, you will be able to stay satisfied, maintain high energy and get stronger in the gym. No restrictions here, no cutting carbs, chocolates etc., at Lean Boss Babe we're all about enjoying life & the result of dropping fat, improving your shape and feeling incredible all at the same time!
With this plan, most women will lose about 3-4 pounds of fat per month. With that being said, many of my clients actually see faster results than this and lose up to 6 pounds of fat per month.
The Recomposition Plan:
Here we're looking at dropping 1.5-2 pounds of fat each month and improving muscle tone! This protocol is best for women who only have a few pounds of fat they want to drop and they want to gain muscle.
The Lean Boss Muscle Gain Plan:
The goal here, is to gain muscle each and every week and increase strength.
This is when the real fun begins! I’ve created a 3-Phase system to build you into a Lean Boss Babe! Building lean muscle requires two key components.
The first is intensity! Intensity refers to how much resistance you’ll be lifting. In order to build lean muscle, you need to dial in proper intensity.
The second component is volume and frequency. The goal of the program is about getting you stronger each and every week. In fact, the stronger you get on exercises – the better you look and feel.
With Lean Boss Babe you only need to train 3-4 days a week!
No tireless cardio days, where you feel flat out exhausted!
We'll look at where you are at the moment. This is going to give us a better understanding of what you're doing at the moment and how we can progress moving forward.
We need to take a closer look at your nutrition, to help you stop feeling guilty when it comes to eating the foods you love. We'll schedule in sessions to go over strategies to help you overcome this.
Without knowing whether the basics are correct, it's difficult to built the foundations for building up your strength & dropping body fat. So, here we'll address your form and technique.

This method of accelerated fat loss is so underrated. Something that can easily be integrated in your every day life. No more exhausting burpees/ circuit workouts that leave you feeling drained and tired.
During this part of the program, I’m going to outline the real problem as to why people struggle to burn fat and keep it off… The truth is, our society has become conditioned to think that it is going to take forever to achieve our goals. And there are a hundred coaches out there which will make you feel like you need to compensate for this with hours of daily cardio – luckily for you, that’s not what this program is about.
To put it in the most simplest terms, to burn fat, is to simply increase the amount of calories you burn a day. But, here's the thing, this doesn't necessarily mean that you need to go to the gym twice a day, go for a long run, and cut out the foods you love. The strategies I share with you will encourage a healthy dose of daily activity, getting you to move more, which in turn gets you in touch with your body’s needs!
Taking the guesswork out of it, I’ve created spreadsheets for your journey, to make life so much easier for. If you don't know where you are right now, it's difficult to get to where you want to be. It's as simple as brining it up on your phone and tracking.
